Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do online Quran classes work?
A: Classes are conducted 1-to-1 over Zoom/Google Meet (or your platform). The teacher shares their screen, listens to recitation, corrects Tajweed and explains lessons live.
Q: What age is suitable for starting classes?
A: We teach children from around 5–6 years old (depending on attention span) up to teens and adults of any age.
Q: Do you have female teachers for sisters and girls?
A: Yes. We have qualified female teachers (Ustadha) for sisters and young girls, subject to availability in your time zone.
Q: What if we miss a class?
A: If you inform us in advance, we try to reschedule the class within the same week. For repeated last-minute cancellations, classes may be counted as used.
Q: How do I pay the fees from my country?
A: We accept payments through PayPal, bank transfer or other online methods (update with your actual options). Fees are charged monthly according to your chosen
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Yes. We offer 3–5 days of free trial classes so you can experience our teaching style before subscribing.
Q: Do you offer any guarantee?
A: If you are not satisfied in the first month, we will change the teacher, adjust your plan or refund the remaining classes, in shaa Allah.
