By using the Website or booking/enrolling in Services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide online Quran learning services, which may include 1-to-1 classes, course plans, trial classes (“free class” booking), support, and learning resources. theteachingquran.com
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
2) Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use our Services. If the student is a minor, a parent/guardian must book/enroll and is responsible for supervision and compliance.
3) Booking, Scheduling & Attendance
Booking and scheduling are managed through our Website forms and/or direct communication (email/WhatsApp). theteachingquran.com
You agree to provide accurate information (time zone, availability, contact details).
For smooth learning, you are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a suitable device.
Rescheduling / Missed Sessions
If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible.
Missed sessions without notice may be treated as completed (to protect tutor time), except where we decide otherwise at our discretion.
We may reschedule sessions due to tutor availability, technical issues, or emergencies.

4) Fees & Payments (if applicable)
Prices, packages, and payment terms (monthly/weekly, etc.) are shown on the Website or shared during enrollment.

5) Refunds & Cancellations

No harassment, hate, threats, or inappropriate behavior
Respectful communication with tutors and staff
No misuse of religious content for harm or abuse
We may suspend or terminate Services for violations.
8) Intellectual Property
All Website content and learning materials (text, designs, lesson plans, PDFs, etc.) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Do not record classes (audio/video/screenshots) without explicit consent from the tutor and the parent/student where applicable.

Our Services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., memorization speed, fluency timelines), as results depend on student effort, attendance, and consistency.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim (if any).
