Course Intro
This course is for students who can already read the Quran, but want to improve their Tajweed and correct long-standing mistakes.
We revise all the main rules of Tajweed in a simple, practical way, with live correction and plenty of recitation practice.
The goal is to help students recite the Quran in a way that is clear, beautiful and closer to the Sunnah, letter by letter.
Course Outline
Module 1 – Recap & Diagnosis
Initial assessment of student’s current recitation
Identifying common mistakes and weak areas
Setting personal Tajweed goals
Module 2 – Makharij & Sifaat (Letters & Qualities)
Detailed study of Makharij (points of articulation)
Heavy vs light letters, qalqala, ghunna
Practical drills for tricky sounds
Module 3 – Rules of Noon Sakin & Tanween
Idgham, Iqlab, Ikhfaa, Izhaar with examples
Guided exercises from selected ayaat
Listening and repeating audio-style practice
Module 4 – Rules of Meem Sakin
Ikhfaa Shafawi, Idgham Shafawi, Izhaar Shafawi
Focused recitation lines for each rule
Module 5 – Madd (Elongation)
Types of Madd (natural, compulsory, etc. – in simple terms)
Counting beats and applying them in recitation
Module 6 – Putting It All Together
Recitation of full pages with live correction
